"The Greatest Prison People Live In, Is The Fear Of What Other People Think"

Do you constantly find yourself worrying about what others think about you? Are you afraid people are going to judge you for your decisions? Are you always trying to fit in? If so, you are not alone. Many of us do this. It can be very difficult to stop worrying about what others think, especially when it's your family and friends. Today, I will give you three tips on how to stop worrying so much and start living again.

Ask Yourself Why

First, ask yourself this question. Why do you care so much about what other people think? Are you scared you are going to disappoint them? If this is the reason, STOP.  Think about what will happen if you disappoint yourself. You cannot live your life for other people, only for YOU! You are the one who will have to deal with the consequences and repercussions.  Trust your inner voice and always listen to your intuition before making decisions.

When in Doubt, Pray It Out!

When in doubt, pray. Whether you are a Christian or not. Every time you start to worry, pray. When you are afraid, pray. Even if it's for five minutes. Ask God to help you make the right decisions, and ask him to give you strength. He's always listening.

Practice Self Love and Care

Love yourself first. When you lack self confidence, you will always try to please other people. Once you learn self love, you will stop worrying about others. I know it is easier said than done, but it's possible. Take time out for yourself each day. Nourish your mind, body, and soul.

  1. One of my readers asked me if I were a Christian. For those who are wondering, yes I'm 100% Christian. Always have and always will be. One of the main reasons I created this blog, was to help others no matter what race or religion they are. No judgement here.
